Some mainstream game of shooting genre haven’t been out on any Apple device before because of the hardware limitation, but one of the most famous games of this genre, Starcraft 2 is announced to be soon released for iPhone and iPad. Developers at Daniel Hellerman are working on an iOS application that would be dubbed as Starcraft 2 Gamerboard which will allow you to fully control your starcraft 2 game with the help of your iPhone or iPad. The app would also feature mini-map control, detailed unit statistics, and touch access to easily get to the game’s most important hotkeys and macros. They also claim that the system offers the original control of starcraft 2 as in the actual game for the comfort of users. The company tells it as “almost as another keyboard, therefore it is completely compatible with Starcraft 2.” They also further state that its a legitimate application and would not change or modify original game files. The Starcraft 2 app is rumored to hit the Apple app store by the September of this year. No word on its pricing so far, but we are guessing that it would be free or complementary with the purchase of Starcraft 2 , since its just a full featured keyboard, and extension to the existing game.
